Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional notary public, loan signing, apostille facilitation, fingerprinting, and related document services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Not Legal Advice

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal interpretation of documents. Our services are limited strictly to performing notarial acts and related administrative services as permitted by law.

We do not:

• Draft legal documents unless provided templates are client-supplied

• Explain legal terms or the legal effect of documents

• Provide guidance on which type of notarization is required

• Offer advice regarding immigration matters

• Represent clients in court or legal proceedings

If you require legal advice or assistance, you should consult a licensed attorney.

 

2. Identification & Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time if:

• Proper, valid, and unexpired government-issued identification is not presented

• The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document

• The signer is not physically present (unless remote notarization is legally authorized and applicable)

• The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces

• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity is suspected

All notarizations are performed in compliance with the laws of the State of Georgia (or applicable commissioning state).

 

3. Apostille & Authentication Services

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC provides apostille andauthentication facilitation services only. We do notguarantee acceptance ofdocuments by any foreign government, agency, or institution.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by government agencies

• Rejections due to improper document preparation

• International processing times

• Errors in documents prepared by clients or third parties

All government fees are separate from our service fees unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Loan Signing Services

As a notary signing service provider, we:

• Verify identity

• Witness signatures

• Ensure documents are signed and dated where indicated

We do not explain loan terms, interest rates, or financial obligations. Any questions regarding loan documents must be directed to your lender, escrow officer, or attorney.

 

5. Fingerprinting Services

For fingerprinting services:

• We verify identity prior to processing

• We do not guarantee acceptance of fingerprint cards by any agency

• We are not responsible for rejections due to smudging, agency-specific requirements, or background results

Background check determinations are made solely by the requesting agency.

 

6. After-Hours & Mobile Services

After-hours and mobile services are available by appointment only and may be subject to additional fees. Travel fees, wait time fees, and convenience fees may apply.

All fees are disclosed prior to service. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of income, opportunity, or business

• Document rejection by third parties

• Client errors or omissions in documents

• Delays beyond our control

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

 

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee:

• Legal validity beyond the notarization act

• Approval of documents by courts, lenders, or agencies

• Acceptance by foreign governments

• Processing timelines

Our role is limited to proper execution of notarial acts and related administrative services.

 

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and handle all information with professionalism and discretion. However, notarizations require entries in an official notary journal when mandated by law. Information may be disclosed if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

 

10. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• False statements or misrepresentations made by you

• Fraudulent documents

• Misuse of notarized documents

• Failure to seek appropriate legal counsel

 

11. Governing Law

This disclaimer and all services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

 

12. Changes to This Disclaimer

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
