Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointment Policy

• All appointments must be scheduled online or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Clients are recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled or have their appointment canceled at our discretion.

2. Identification Requirements

All clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of service. Services cannot be performed without proper identification.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following cancellation policy applies:

• 24 hours or more before appointment: Refund issued minus a 10% processing fee

• Up to 2 hours prior to appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies

• Less than 2 hours prior to appointment: No refund will be issued

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule appointments online. If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact our office at 470-420-7696.

5. Mobile Service Fees

Mobile services are available for an additional travel fee based on distance. Notarization fees are separate from travel fees and are charged in accordance with Georgia state law.

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC provides fingerprinting and notary services in accordance with federal and state guidelines. We do not guarantee acceptance, approval, or processing outcomes by third-party agencies (including, but not limited to, the FBI, FDLE, FINRA, ATF, or other regulatory bodies).

Clients are responsible for ensuring they request the correct service for their specific agency requirements.

7. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information. We are not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Compliance & Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality and handle all documents and personal information with professionalism and care in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gifted Hands Notary & Signing Services LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Agency processing delays

• Document rejections due to client error

• Lost or delayed mail once documents leave our possession

• Technical outages beyond our control

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if:

• Proper identification is not provided

• Documents are incomplete or unlawful

• A signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document

• Behavior is inappropriate or unsafe
