Service Description

PLEASE NOTE FDLE PRINTS MAY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE BASED ON THE ORI NUMBER USED THAT IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE STATE. THESE CHARGES ARE SEPARATE AN NOT INCLUDED IN THE FEE: IF you have your ORI please call us to check if any additional charges may be incurred. FDLE Live Scan fingerprinting services are available for state-level licensing, employment screening, and background check submissions within Florida. Fingerprints are captured electronically and processed according to FDLE requirements to help support accurate and compliant background screening. Please note: additional State fees may apply based on your FDLE print requirements. We will discuss these charges during your appointment, or feel free to reach out to us prior to your appointment to verify if any additional fees may be associated.

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Policy All appointments must be scheduled online or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled or have their appointment canceled at our discretion. 2. Identification Requirements All clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of service. Services cannot be performed without proper identification. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following cancellation policy applies: • 48 hours or more before appointment: Refund issued minus a 10% processing fee • Up to 2 hours prior to appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies • Less than 2 hours prior to appointment: No refund will be issued Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule appointments online. If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact our office at 470-420-7696.
