Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Policy All appointments must be scheduled online or by phone. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled or have their appointment canceled at our discretion. 2. Identification Requirements All clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the time of service. Services cannot be performed without proper identification. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The following cancellation policy applies: • 48 hours or more before appointment: Refund issued minus a 10% processing fee • Up to 2 hours prior to appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies • Less than 2 hours prior to appointment: No refund will be issued Refunds are processed to the original form of payment. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule appointments online. If you are unable to reschedule online, please contact our office at 470-420-7696.
